[BUG] SIGILL when running rake spec:full

Hi,
I'm hitting a SIGILL when running rake spec:full, apparently while working on spec/frozen/1.8/library/cgi/initialize_spec.rb.
Native and Ruby backtrace from running the specs under GDB are attached; they're a bit long.
I'm running on OS X 10.5.4, with a 64-bit capable Intel chip.
