[TODO] Support for __int64_t types in FFI

Hi All,
Hope all is going well.
While implementing File.truncate I noticed problems with the parameter passed to the underlying system call which is of type off_t. On my mac this is a __int64_t which i presume is a long long?
Chatted to Evan about this in Berlin - adding this ticket as a reminder/placeholder so we don't forget to implement it.

The new FFI TypesGenerator resolves this issue. It is now possible to directly use :off_t, :dev_t or whatever POSIX type in FFI.
