Add comparison reporting to MSpec

Based on the same idea of the old bin/completeness script, add a script that processes the output of running e.g. bin/mspec -w rails.yaml -f method spec/ruby to create a graph or spreadsheet of the number of specs (or missing specs) for each method in the run (optionally filtered with e.g. profile filter).
