[TODO] Link to FFI documentation broken

This is not directly related to Rubinius but I wanted to leet you knbow that the link pointing to FFI is broken on the Rubinius documentation page http://rubini.us/static/vmdoc/vm...
I could not figure out what the new link is supposed to be. So I'm sorry to say I cannot offer a fix for this bug report.

I actually have no idea what that is supposed to point to. I do not think we have much in the way of FFI documentation to begin with. I will get the docs regenerated though!
We should also add some FFI doc, probably.. README-DEVELOPERS has a little blurb.
