[PATCH] Fix for building libmquark in Solaris

The libmquark external library could not be built in Solaris 10 because of an error when generating dependencies for quark.c
This patch add the -std=c99 command option to determine the c99 standard. It also removes the extra flags that were passed to Solaris' ld that made it abort at linking time.
It also factorizes some variable assignments.
