[PATCH] Fixes for linking in Solaris

The libbstring external library could not be built in Solaris 10 because of an error at linking time.
This patch removes the extra flags that were passed to Solaris' ld that made it abort, only when the target system is SunOS.
It also factorizes some variable assignments.
