[TASK] Better docs for stuff in compiled_method.rb

Stuff in compiled_method.rb requires some extra attention to docs: this stuff is at the core of how Shotgun works but to explore it you have to refer to a couple of blog posts and blue book chapter 26 (which is not as accurate as docs targeting Rubinius anyway).
