REXML specs fail on Ruby 1.8.6 patchlevel 114

I have exactly the same failures on MRI 1.8.6 pl 114 on Ubuntu Linux.

Not quite fixed. In Ruby 1.8.6 p114 call site in REXML::Document#write uses old signature (and thus bad arity) for REXML::Formatters::Transitive#initialize.
In ruby_1_8 branch as of revisio 15833 REXML is completely reorganized.
Writing an email to ruby-core on that.
