Slow CI runs on Gentoo 64

Starting with 7f47287846fa4b7327639139068cce370bbf56f9 I started noticing huge CI slowdowns on rubuildius_amd64. Brian Ford also reported the same problems on his EY slice though for him the problems started before that commit. The slow downs do not happen on Gentoo 32 systems or other 32 bit Linux systems. During the course of investigating the problem it was noticed that the Generator specs were consuming huge amounts of memory (see ticket #433). Tagging them as unstable alleviated the problem; however because behavior was inconsistent across 32 and 64 bit system I suspect there may still be a issue.

What appears to be the same issue can be reproduced on the current code (df8d1499359308c74f4083a13bce42b5c9df552a) by turning on profiling via '-T -p'.
