[BUG] can't compile due to `../external_libs/lightning/lightning.h'

Rubinius is not able to be compiled on MacOS X 10.4 Tiger.
$ rake build
(in /usr/local/tmp/ruby/rubinius.code)
make vm

Can you check after removing the lightning directory? We don't use it anymore

I removed 'shotgun/external_libs/lighting' and found that I can compile with no problem.
