CI Specs failing in MRI 1.8.6

Hash#default calls default proc with nil arg if passed a default proc but no arg
Hash#== calls to_hash on its argument
nil
String#crypt returns a cryptographic hash of self by applying the UNIX crypt algorithm with the specified salt
The first two specs are marked as "version '1.8.6'". Maybe the author was testing on a different version?
