Get ActiveSupport 2.0 tests passing

Currently blocked by some kind of tricky constant lookup bug:
Time#- (minus_with_duration) at ./test/core_ext/../../lib/active_support/core_ext/time/calculations.rb:215
Expects the 'Duration' constant to already have been set, but this fails at the moment in rbx.
