[WEBSITE] Rubinius website: Contribute page content

Yesterday I raised a question about content of Rubinius website. I often refer other developers there but it is not that informative. So after a short talk with Wilson I started to work on pages.
Here's what I have now. Contribute page is very rough and just initial compilation of what we had here at LH actually. Could use some love, will do it tomorrow.
For now just review it, please. It turns out we need a brief version of Contribute page, as well :) Maybe an overview and "Developer's Guide".
But Rubinius really needs informative website as it gathers momentum recently.
