[PATCH] Fix typo with Thread.critical and add dummy variable

Submitted patch fixes typo in Thread.stop method ( it was calling Thread.critiscal). Patch also introduces Thread.critical and Thread.critical=(val) methods. Same as 1.9, they are just dummy variables.
