  Please find attached my first version of the ARGF class . It passes all ARGF specs succesfully except one because of a limitation in the current implementation of IO#reopen in Rubinius (it cannot reopen STDIN as opposed to MRI)

  Also fixes a bug in global.rb, add the -i command line option in the loader.

  Committed parts of this in 3d77e5575. See the notes under #695. The Globals hooks for $. are not committed yet as they are not immediately compatible with the implementation from #695.
