[PATCH] add CompiledMethod#compile_all

Convenience method to compile all CompiledMethods reachable from self.
Depends on patch in ticket #622

Evan rejected this as both are considered unnecessary for the core. A compiler-extra's library might be useful however, and they would be appropriate there.
