[BUG] shotgun/rubinius describe fails to run

It seems that removing line 29 of lib/bin/describe fixes the problem, but I think it'd be better if someone familiar with describe and the changes made to Compiler can review this.
There used to be a method Compiler.parse_flags but not anymore:
$ shotgun/rubinius describe
