Make ci.rubini.us bots run full CI

I've modified the spec/default.mspec config file to exclude the spec/ruby/1.8/library specs from the default CI process that developers run with rake spec or bin/mspec ci.
There is a new config file, spec/full.mspec, that the CI bots should run. Just change the command to something like: bin/mspec ci -B full.mspec or run rake spec.
